What I'm about

As a highly experienced product designer with over seven years of industry experience, I have a proven track record of successfully tackling complex design challenges. I have extensive experience in creating engaging user experiences for products with millions of users, by collaborating with cross-functional teams and executing considered design solutions. My expertise encompasses the entire product design process, from initial brainstorming and concept development, to final execution and handover.

I am particularly passionate about crafting intuitive and easy-to-use design systems, and am well-versed in the organization, structures, and best practices required to achieve this. In my spare time, I am also an avid researcher into communities in the field of web3 technology, cryptocurrency, and NFTs.

Working alongside the Rewards squad to design and explore new incentives to the crypto market and onboard new users through referrals and promotion. Working across native iOS, Android and Web in a multiple disciplined team.

Conducted usability tests on the Maze platform alongside customer research to identify problem areas and opportunities in the Rewards space. Creating bespoke solutions from insights gathered and backed by data.

2020 - Present

Developed and implemented multi-product design systems and structures, resulting in a cohesive and consistent user experience across all products.

Established guidelines and best practices for design, leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness in the design process.

Utilised end-to-end design processes to build and iterate on new and existing onsite experiences for millions of users, resulting in increased user engagement and satisfaction.

Conducted stakeholder sessions, discovery, wireframing, high-fidelity designs, prototyping, and handover, resulting in successful product launches and design solutions that met the needs of all stakeholders.


2019 - 2020

Led the design of acquisition strategy, resulting in the creation of dynamic landing pages for new user sign ups in multiple languages.

Coordinated with multiple stakeholders and internal teams across the globe to create a consistent brand experience across multiple territories, resulting in a cohesive and recognisable brand.

Developed multiple conceptual product features to demonstrate the future ambition of DAZN's sports streaming, resulting in increased buy-in from stakeholders and investors.

Created interactive components and micro animations for the DAZN platform across different platforms using multiple tools, resulting in an enhanced user experience.

Redesigned the DS and web experience for the bespoke internal content management tool, resulting in improved efficiency and satisfaction for internal teams.

Led the design work for an internal startup betting product, providing the creation of assets for multiple digital media platforms.

Designed and implemented multiple web experiences and features that expanded on existing media platforms, resulting in increased value for the global user base.
